Atlas Security wins contract to safeguard Metropolis

Atlas Security has been awarded a new contract by global real estate firm Colliers, acting as Investment Property Manager on behalf of Henderson Park and General Projects. The agreement is to provide manned guarding services at Metropolis, a landmark new workspace offering 174,000 sq. ft. of design-led offices in the heart of Marylebone, London.

Metropolis is a next-generation building powered solely by 100% renewable, REGO-certified clean energy. It is one of only four office refurbishments in the UK to have achieved a BREEAM Outstanding rating, underlining its position at the forefront of environmentally responsible development.

The building provides over 20,000 sq. ft. of amenity space, including an in-house coffee operator, hospitality-led reception, gym, events space and members’ lounge. It holds over 12,000 sq. ft. of private terraces and outdoor space on every floor, plus a communal rooftop terrace, offering direct access to nature throughout the building.

Atlas Security were appointed during the development phase to create a security solution in preparation for the grand launch in November 2025, providing a team of highly trained security officers to ensure 24/7 protection of the property. The company was awarded the contract not only for its proven capability in high-end, premium environments, but also for its experience in customer-facing roles. Its security officers are working together with front-of-house teams to proactively support building occupiers, guests and members of the public.
